    BREAK FAST: ((BACON/ porkchop/sausage) AND EGGS WITH REAL BUTTER Bullet proof coffee

    Lunch:taco salad ((((donot eat the shell))) no beans no rice
    Or
    Bunless baconcheese burger with veggies (NOOOOOO BUN NO KETCHUP) YOU CAN EAT MAYO

    Dinner: Baked chicken with skin on cooked on lots of butter until it falls off the bone or Steak or any Meat (((No fried foods)))) with Leafy green veggies like Broccolli and spinach or a hearty salad with ranch

    Keto snack:
    Pork skins(check the label no carbs)
    Pickles
    Celery
    Beef jerky
    Cheese
    Bacon

    This is how Ketosis works...

    ((Basis explaination))Your body uses what you eat as fuel or energy. It will ALWAYS CHOOSE TO BURN SUGAR IF YOU FEED IT SUGAR/CARBS....However, on keto since you arent providing that source it uses fat as energy. You want to become "FAT ADAPTED" that means your body will burn fat for energy. On a regular carb/sugar diet your liver produces fatty acids from those products. This also effects your insulin production. On keto it takes about 3 days to get into a state of Ketosis. Once you are there stay there. You can check to see if you are in ketosis by purchasing keto test stripes from walmart...about $6. During that 3 day period you may experience something known as "KETO FLU" you may have a head ache and feel weak. This is because most people are ADDICTED TO SUGAR and like most people who are addicted your body goes through something to BREAK THAT ADDICTION. Dont let it discourage you...I took an ibuprofen and was fine.
